Facilitation of accomplishing each goal is the responsibility of individual District Leadership Team members. Progress on goal attainment will be communicated through various forums and publications throughout the school year. ATHLETICS GOAL
To encourage/support and increase/maintain student participation/success in athletics.
To refine current processes for evaluating coaching staff and maintaining facilities to improve the overall program for student athletes.

To continue to update A-RSD Board Policy by adding/deleting/ refining policies with guidance from PSBA and the school district solicitor.
To continue to update the A-RSD Administrative Procedures (Regulations) to complement policies with guidance from PSBA and collaboration with appropriate stakeholder groups.
COMMUNICATION

To achieve effective communication through a focused, continuous effort to inform and involve all stakeholders using various mediums.
