To encourage/support and increase/maintain student participation/success in athletics.
To refine current processes for evaluating coaching staff and maintaining facilities to improve the overall program for student athletes.

To continue to update A-RSD Board Policy by adding/deleting/ refining policies with guidance from PSBA and the school district solicitor.
To continue to update the A-RSD Administrative Procedures (Regulations) to complement policies with guidance from PSBA and collaboration with appropriate stakeholder groups.
To achieve effective communication through a focused, continuous effort to inform and involve all stakeholders using various mediums.
To continue to develop/refine a program focused on meeting the needs of all learners in the 21st Century.
To maintain and enhance an overall facility that is safe and conducive to a positive school climate.
To focus continuously on increasing revenue and managing expenditures wisely in an effort to support student needs and be fiscally responsible.
To provide a quality food service program premised on nutritious, well-balanced meals and student/staff wellness.
To hire, support and maintain highly qualified staff for all positions in an effort to support student needs.
To continue to implement technology as a natural tool for enhancing learning and managing the overall system efficiently.
To effectively establish and communicate procedures for students to ride the school bus safely.
